With a sentimental nod to my Irish heritage, I am launching Claddagh Consulting, AI, IT & Vendor consulting and Advisory Services. The Irish Claddagh symbol embodies three distinct elements: the hands represent friendship and partnership, the heart signifies commitment and dedication, and the crown denotes loyalty and trust. Together, they reflect the ideal that enduring relationships—whether personal or professional—must be grounded in mutual trust, devotion, and shared respect.

Claddagh Consulting will focus on a collaborative consulting approach with the following areas of expertise:

- Transformation Office / PMO Advisory — Program governance, PMO leadership, program execution, risk assessment, and Business Analysis & Quality Assurance team planning and assessment.
- Technology Leadership Coaching & Mentoring — Leadership coaching, mentoring, decision support, and development for technology leaders and managers.
- Enterprise Applications & Technology Transformation — Strategy, planning, assessment, and delivery across ERP, digital customer experience, supply chain, transportation, point-of-sale, logistics, HRIS, and recruitment technologies.
- Program Risk, Recovery & Rescue — Independent program assessment, risk identification, governance and delivery remediation, recovery planning, and executive support for challenged technology programs.
